Emergency Plumbing / Conroe, Texas
Water is where it shouldn't be, right now
A burst pipe, an overflowing toilet, or sewage in the tub is stressful, and it always seems to happen at night or on a weekend. Take a breath. The first few minutes matter most, and the first step is something you can do yourself: stop the water.
Call us now
Before you book
What could this take?
Best case
You may not need a call.
Not every late-night problem is an emergency. After hours doesn't automatically mean it can't wait. If you can stop the water, it often can.
What should I do first?
- Find your main water shutoff now, before you need it. It's usually where the water line enters the house or at the meter near the street.
- For a single fixture, close the shutoff valve under the sink or behind the toilet.
- For an overflowing toilet, lift the tank lid and push the flapper down, then close the valve behind the toilet.
Call us if: You can't stop the water, sewage is coming into the house, water is reaching electrical outlets or the panel, or the main shutoff won't close. If water is near electricity, stay out of the water and call.
If it needs a repair: Once the water is off, it can wait until morning. That's often the case, and it's an honest answer we'll give you.

Exception case
It may be a bigger job.
The problem is bigger than one repair, such as a failed main line or widespread damage. We make it safe first, then lay out the options.
If it becomes project work, we'll evaluate the scope and prepare a separate quote. We'll explain that before you decide.

Everyday repairs / Catalog prices
Your options. Our prices.
Emergency work starts with an emergency diagnostic. Then each kind of problem, from drain clearing and leak repair to burst pipes, the main shutoff, sewer backups, toilet overflows, and water heaters, has its own options. An emergency is still a service call: we diagnose it and use the same catalog of solutions as any other visit.
Every option is professional work. The difference is the scope: what we repair, how much we address, and what that means for you.

Drain clearing
Emergency diagnostic
Leak repair
Main shutoff
Sewer backup
Toilet overflow
Water heater
The plumber confirms which option fits after diagnosis. You approve the work and its price before we start. A project is scoped and quoted separately.
Want to know a little more?
What might be causing it—and what will you check?
Understanding the problem
What might be behind it.
A burst or broken pipe
Water spraying or pouring from a pipe, often after a freeze or where a pipe has corroded.
A backup or overflow
A toilet overflowing, or sewage coming up in a tub or floor drain because a line is blocked.
A failed water heater or valve
A water heater tank that's leaking heavily, or a main shutoff valve that won't close.
On the visit
What we check.
- That the water is stopped and the area is safe.
- What failed, and whether it can be repaired on the spot.
- Whether anything else was affected, such as other lines, the water heater, or drains.
- What can wait for a scheduled visit once the emergency is handled.
How do I decide which option is right for me?
Now versus next morning
If the water is off and nothing is being damaged, a scheduled visit can cost less than an emergency call. We'll tell you if that's your situation.
Make safe versus full repair
Sometimes the right move at night is to stop the damage and make it safe, then do the full repair when parts and time allow.
Your next step
Let's get it sorted.
Tell us what's happening. We'll confirm the cause, explain the options, and let you decide.
